Love this shot Avis. A place I will never visit I'm sure.

I am having trouble keeping up with commenting on the blog posts of prolific bloggers such as yourself! I do see all your posts just no time to get here every day I am afraid. I am looking forward to hearing what you think of Captain Corelli's Mandolin.

I wasn't expecting Budapest to be such a beautiful city, but it quickly became a favorite.

LindyLou - I struggle with that too. There's are so many wonderful blogs out there. I think I may cut out my Tuesday posts. That way I'm still posting 4 times a week and it's not quite so overwhelming.

Thanks for sharing.

Vinni - I'd highly recommend it. It's the perfect place to backpack because it hasn't become too touristy yet.

Loved Budapest. Will never forget it and hopefully will go back someday. Stayed in Buda at the Hilton/Bastion, but walked to Pest everyday we were there!

I stayed on the Pest side, definitely not at the Hilton. It was a great hostel though and I was there on my birthday so the owners (a couple of brits who were in their 20s) took me out to karaoke. So much fun! I loved the historical buildings in Buda.
